Job Responsibilities

We are currently looking for an experienced freight forwarder for an assignment in Stockholm. Do you have previous experience in freight forwarding and are ready for new challenges? Then submit your application today!

As a freight forwarder, your main responsibilities will include planning and coordinating transports worldwide. This role involves daily contact with suppliers, customers, and partners. You will be responsible for the entire process from booking to delivered goods. You will be the closest contact for customers and keep them updated in case of any deviations. The job may also involve customs handling and invoicing.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you view rapid changes as a positive challenge and are flexible in your working style. Furthermore, we see that you are communicative and can naturally communicate with carriers, partners, and customers.

We would like you to have:

A few years of experience in freight forwarding and/or relevant education in the field
Excellent command of Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Good computer skills (Office suite and business systems)
Previous experience in both import and export is also an advantage
You are service-oriented and do not hesitate to make an extra effort to help customers and colleagues
You are a problem solver and build trust through your proposed and creative solutions
You are positive and communicative and easily create new contacts
You should be able to converse easily and naturally with customers, drivers, and other partners
